I was gone for the past year in brazil, and was very excited to return to my favorite salsa haunt, only to return finding they were playing country dance music with a RIDING BULL to boot!!! I have not been able to check out the new Tuesday nights yet, but heard from the bouncer last thursday that it is the same quality music and salseros that show up. anyhoo I just wanted to rant. perhaps I will check out the night in Sacramento tonight.
